A good site
keeps building.
Give it a dependable home. Add work worth showing. Keep building a site that becomes more useful to the people you want to reach.
The launch is a beginning.
Keep something happening.
Choose the plan below and confirm your company, website, and service terms. No payment is taken on the selection form.
Your selected monthly service is free for one calendar month from the confirmed launch date. Selecting before launch does not start the clock. Separately approved project releases, migration work, and third-party costs are not part of the free month.
RUINE confirms the launch date and first paid date, then arranges secure Stripe billing. Your selected $225 or $750 monthly plan renews each month. We review the arrangement annually; there is no annual upfront charge or twelve-month lock-in.
Give 30 days’ written notice. If the website is moving, we agree a separate transfer fee and a 30-day migration plan during that notice window. Your business retains its rights in the site and domain under its project agreement.
Choose a dependable home for your site, or a monthly arrangement that keeps adding to its value. With either plan, you can commission additional publishing when something needs to be seen.
Choose your solution, then record it with your company details and acceptances below.
USD per website. Applicable tax is additional where required. Monthly publishing includes hosting; $750 is the total monthly fee. Optional Project Publishing is available later at $350 per release, with separate approval. It is not a plan selected at enrollment. Selecting an option does not authorize a charge.
Photos from the job. A voice memo on the drive home. The question your customers keep asking. You do not need to arrive with polished copy.
We find what matters, write the story, select and sequence supplied imagery, and prepare it for the site. You check the facts and approve. We publish.
At onboarding, we establish relevant themes from your positioning, services, and customer questions. If you have nothing new to send, RUINE develops the next release from that foundation and the material already available.
Each release includes one consolidated revision round, formatting, metadata, alt text, relevant links, and a considered next step for the reader. Publication follows your factual review and approval.
One release per month within the existing site. Original photography, extensive research, interviews, new page builds, campaigns, and custom functionality require a separate scope. Missing information or delayed approvals can move the publication date; we never invent projects, results, or claims.
Publishing keeps the site developing. When you need a clearer direction—or a coordinated plan to bring that direction into the market—there is another layer of RUINE.
Examine how the business is understood, experienced, and chosen. Find what stands in the way, then establish where the next move should lead.
Talk about Strategy ↗Connect brand, marketing, and sales across the year. Broader editorial direction, campaigns, distribution, and commercial priorities belong in a coordinated plan.
Talk about Activate ↗Strategy and Activate are separate engagements. Start a conversation; we will determine what the business needs.
The Ongoing is for a standard WordPress business website that needs dependable technical maintenance. Before enrollment is activated, we confirm access, site condition, hosting fit, and the date paid hosting begins.
WordPress hosting, SSL, a staging environment for material changes, and coordination with the hosting provider. Your domain remains registered to your business.
Daily hosting backups with a rolling 30-day history. We take a fresh checkpoint before material maintenance and can restore an available backup when needed.
Routine WordPress, theme, and plugin update reviews; automated availability and SSL monitoring; security checks; and a visual check after maintenance.
A monthly check of the primary contact form, key navigation, and up to five key pages, plus a concise service note showing work completed, open issues, and anything requiring a decision.
| When | What happens |
|---|---|
| Continuous | Automated availability and SSL alerts, with hosting-layer protections and incident escalation. |
| Daily | A recoverable hosting backup, retained within the rolling 30-day backup window. |
| Weekly | Review routine software updates; apply suitable updates with a backup and a visual check. Material changes are tested in staging where practical. |
| Monthly | Review the primary form and key pages, note visible issues, and send the service record. |
| When needed | Investigate a reported issue, coordinate with the host, and restore or roll back an available backup when appropriate. |
A first response and a full resolution are different things. Third-party incidents, verification, and complex repairs can take longer than routine maintenance.
Technical upkeep is included in hosting. Publishing is included only in your selected publishing arrangement. Work beyond that scope gets an agreed fee and your approval before it begins.
Pre-existing faults, major malware cleanup, unsupported software replacement, and work by another provider may need a separate quote. We tell you before additional paid work starts.
Provider: Ruine Studio LLC, trading as RUINE.
Service: THE ONGOING — Hosting & Publishing.
These terms describe hosting and any separately selected publishing service. Your saved selection and confirmed activation record identify the website, plan, launch date, first paid billing date, and any agreed exceptions. An existing signed agreement controls where its terms expressly differ.
These standard arrangements cover one suitable WordPress marketing or business website. Managed Hosting is $225 USD per month. Hosting & Publishing is $750 total per month including hosting and one purposeful monthly release. Project Publishing is an optional later service available at $350 per separately approved release; it is not a third hosting plan. Complex sites, unusual storage or traffic, additional licenses, and integrations may require a written scope.
Select your plan before launch. RUINE confirms suitability, access, the actual launch date, and the exact first paid billing date in writing. Your selected monthly service is free for one calendar month after that confirmed launch date. The first paid date is the corresponding date in the next month, or that month’s last day when there is no corresponding date. Selection before launch does not start the free month. Project releases priced separately at $350, transfers, migrations, and third-party costs are excluded from the free month unless expressly included in writing.
Existing sites, existing subscriptions, and any project-specific included service periods are reconciled before activation. This form is not a request to duplicate an existing subscription or automatically change an agreed billing date. An existing signed agreement controls where its terms expressly differ. Domain ownership and unfinished project deliverables remain governed by the project agreement.
After the confirmed free month, the selected $225 or $750 monthly service renews automatically each month until cancellation takes effect. Annual review means we review the fit, scope, and price each year; it does not mean annual upfront billing or a twelve-month minimum commitment. Any material future price or scope change requires at least 30 days’ written notice. Applicable tax is additional where required and is disclosed on billing documents.
The form records the selected plan, service-terms acceptance, and separate recurring-billing authorization. No charge is taken on that form. RUINE confirms the launch date and first paid billing date before arranging secure Stripe payment details and activating the agreed subscription. Enter payment details only through Stripe. Each $350 project release requires separate approval; selecting that option does not subscribe you to a monthly publishing fee.
One Hosting & Publishing release is developed each month from your supplied material or an agreed theme using your approved positioning and existing knowledge. It includes writing, selection of supplied imagery, formatting, metadata, relevant links, and one consolidated revision round. Factual review and client approval are required before publication. Delayed information or approvals may shift the publication date. We do not fabricate projects, results, or claims. New page builds, extensive research, interviews, original photography, campaigns, and custom functionality require a separate scope.
You may request cancellation at any time by sending written notice to [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect 30 calendar days after receipt, or on a later date agreed in writing. RUINE confirms receipt, the service end date, and any final charge or credit. Service remains available through the agreed end date, with billing limited to the agreed service period. There is no annual commitment or cancellation penalty. Transfer and migration work are separately billable.
If the site is moving to another provider, a separate transfer/migration fee and RUINE’s migration process are required. We confirm the scope, fee, authorized contacts, access and licensing responsibilities, and schedule in a written quote for your approval before work begins. Backup export and handoff coordination are part of that paid scope; they are not included in monthly hosting.
The 30-day migration plan normally runs alongside the cancellation notice: days 1–5 establish the receiving provider, scope, fee, access, and cutover date; days 6–20 prepare the available backup and receiving environment, coordinate migration, and carry out the agreed checks; days 21–30 coordinate DNS cutover, validate the agreed pages and forms, and confirm completion and the hosting end date in writing.
This schedule depends on timely quote approval, access, and receiving-provider cooperation. Notify us promptly of any dependency that could delay transfer. Any service extension or paid hosting overlap must be agreed in writing; it is not added automatically. Rebuilds for a new platform, compatibility repairs, extensive troubleshooting, and work outside the approved migration scope require another quote. Your business retains its website and domain rights under the project agreement. An available handoff backup is retained for 30 days after hosting ends, subject to legal retention duties.
Support hours are Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Acknowledgment within one business day is a service target, not a guaranteed resolution time. Hosting-provider outages and third-party investigations may follow their own processes. Routine maintenance and rollback or restoration from an available backup are included. Extensive cleanup, custom repairs, new functionality, content outside your selected publishing scope, or unsupported-software replacement need separate written approval and pricing.
You authorize RUINE and its selected service providers to access the agreed site, perform maintenance, make recoverable technical changes, and coordinate with the host. We use a fresh backup checkpoint before material maintenance and staging where practical. Security patches may require prompt action. A restore can return the site to an earlier state and remove later changes; we coordinate material data-loss risks with you where practical.
Backups are a recovery measure. No provider can promise uninterrupted service, perfect security, or recovery of every change. This plan does not guarantee an uptime percentage, search ranking, accessibility or legal compliance certification, or commercial results. Any hosting-provider service-level commitments apply only as stated in that provider’s applicable agreement.
Your business retains its rights in its website content and domain, subject to your project agreement and third-party licenses. Domain registration should remain in your business’s name. RUINE’s methods, tools, and provider accounts remain their respective owners’ property. Licenses supplied through our service may end with hosting and may need replacement on transfer. We will identify material license dependencies during handoff. Access is shared through delegated or individual accounts where available; do not email passwords or recovery codes.
Keep an authorized decision-maker and billing contact available, maintain required third-party licenses, supply lawful content, and let us know before another party makes material site changes. Report issues with the URL, what happened, and relevant screenshots. Large changes, unsupported plugins, expired licenses, or changes made outside the agreed maintenance process can affect the support scope and recovery options. RUINE flags material additional work before charging for it.
If a paid renewal fails, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to update billing before a routine service suspension. Urgent security or unlawful-use concerns may require immediate protective action. We give at least 30 days’ written notice of a material price or scope change for future renewals, so you can cancel before it takes effect.
Cancellation follows the 30-day notice rule above. Any final charge or credit is confirmed against the agreed service end date. Duplicate or incorrect charges and services RUINE cannot provide are reviewed promptly and corrected or refunded as appropriate. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law gives you.
We use enrollment details, site information, service correspondence, and billing records to deliver and administer the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Hosting, CRM, billing, and other selected providers process information needed for their functions. The enrollment form records the versioned service-terms acceptance and the separate recurring-billing authorization with the submitted contact and submission time. Hosting enrollment does not subscribe you to marketing or text messages.
Your accepted order, these terms, and any applicable signed agreement together describe the service. Additional work and material exceptions require written agreement. For service questions contact [email protected]; for billing or cancellation contact [email protected].
